Paypal shadow banned?

I cant login to my account as an error pops up,telling me i should contact customer service or something.When I try to reset my password it says there's something wrong on their end and to try again.My friend tried to send me like 0.01$ and it said that I cant receive money.I got no email about a locked account etc.I've tried different devices,browsers,resetting my eouter,proxies etc, but nothing worked.Any suggestions as to what it may be?

Shadow banning usually tells Paypal there's something wrong with the account setup. Trying different devices, browsers, Proxies can aggravate the situation. Contacting ebay/Paypal may be your best option.

Try to contact Paypal agent via chat. It is possible even if you are logged out.
