Adding EIN number to PayPal

Hi guys, I just purchased a stealth account and want to add EIN number to the accounts. Please help me answer those questions?

1) Should I add the EIN number now or just wait until PayPal asks me to do it?
2) When adding the EIN number, what information do I give to PayPal? Name of the company, EIN number, address of the company?
3) Is it a possible if I open a company in Nevada (good state for LLC), but I am located in another state?

i'd wait, no use burning an EIN before you are absolutely needed to add it. paypal is finicky and anything could happen between now and the time they absolutely require it

using another state for your LLC is fine
