İs there anyone who stolen money (AUP) by paypal from EUROPE Countries ? Have you ever encountered that situation happened to accounts from europe.

It dosen't matter what part of the world your from. Funds are not stolen by paypal, they are held for possible future claims and for each AUP that has been violated

Hi, as discussed on your other thread, you should get your funds back unless you have given PayPal reason to keep it.
If you find someone with the same issues here, you may not be in the same boat as your business would not be identical with theirs.
Better to spend this time spawning more accounts and (perhaps) changing your business to something more sustainable.

PayPal will only keep the money if a serious breach of their terms and conditions occurred, like using eBay for money laundering to PayPal, selling prohibited products on eBay. Then my friend they will take and keep it all.

A regular seller would may be have about 1 to 2 k held for the 28 days, 12k$ is a large amount to be in PayPal, as an operator in the past of a stealth account I got my money out when I could as many as 3 or 4 instant withdrawals a day so when they close the account I have only a few hundred dollars in there which I got back in the end.

I have made several withdrawals a day I never leave more than £200.

Why anyone would let such a balance accumulate on a stealth account as well!

it was not stealth account and it was my friend who didnt knew about gaypal greed :mad2:

this guy has clearly no idea.

Paypal Europe does not steal. in europe paypal is regulated by paypal luxembourg. it is a complete different company than in US. in EU we have laws and regulations so they do not steal

Same goes with me, I do almost instant withdrawals once funds are released. I keep below 100 in each stealth pp balance

Which country is your paypal from ? And also i didnt understand your situation. Paypal stole your money from your account and made your balance zero ?
