paypal friend or family sending unauthorized claim

hi. i recently opened an unauthorized for 50 usd.
it was sent as friend or family.
but paypal denied my claim.

they said "can't find unauthorized activity on your paypal"

do you have any idea of this?

as the payment was really unauthorized.
