PayPal Visa Debit.
 

Hello guys ,

I am new here so i couldn't find any similar problem like mine.

Does anyone know why I always get error when i try to manually by myself remove visa debit - '' Due to technical difficulties, your request couldn't be completed.Please wait a little while and try again.

I've read on paypal forums that people have similar problem, I've contacted paypal agents but they told me to clear cache and to update windows , web browser , i did all that but still no success.

I will reward any person who help me and i make a success :)

Before you remove your card, make sure that you do not have active billing agreements or pending payments. If you have some, the system will not allow you to remove your card

Hello and thank you for your time answering to my question.

No , i don't have any pending payments or bills , i am on zero , and never ever had limit on this stealth account.

Paypal can remove the card over the phone, but you have to have a payment option attached. Is this a MP account?

it is a glitch. Try another browser , incognito. Also can call paypal and ask to do it by them

Yes they can but later mostly they want bank statement and ID lol , what do you mean by '' you have to have a payment option attached '' ?

And what is MP account?

Tried it , incognito won't work , but interestingly enough , when i put another vcc i can remove and enter anytime , only the first one i can't remove by my own.

Update: Just got it removed by agent , they can do that , you must be persistent !
