well many people here have. Whether that's intentional or not.

A lot have made mistakes or just try to cut corners and get them in hot water and there are many many reasons they get screwed over.

anything out of ordinary get flag by paypal specially if your stealth is new

We've all had hundreds of accounts shut down, business disrupted, etc..

But nothing ever more than that. Ebay and Paypal want people to think eBay and Paypal are safe. They wouldn't want it leaked out that anyone can make any account with any information and that their security systems mean basically nothing. It would be bad for their business.

You only would ever have a problem if you stole a bunch of peoples money. And eBay/Paypal won't even help with that. It would take 50 angry customers and lawyers and maybe MAYBE then eBay/Paypal would step up and help prosecute. Otherwise they don't want the general public to know that their entire security system is bogus.
