VCC for Paypal, ebay or Amazon

In the marketplace here I see VCCs for Paypal, ebay or Amazon or even ioffer are sold in various prices.
What's the difference among these cards? I always thought that a VCC can be used in any platform, at these my ebay/paypal shares a same VCC number.

One difference lies with the company that produces the VCC card.

The main difference is its issued by different banks not many cards works on Amazon due to they using most advance system to findout if the card is prepaid card
Where ebay paypal not bother hence thats why Amazon cards are expensive

Well I'm not going to go into details on how my stuff works, but Amazon has a much much higher scrutiny with everything.

So I have cards that'll work on amazon and I have cards that'll only work on eBay.

And everyone has their own different sources. So talk to the seller that you like most.
They are all good.
