Add another international adress in PayPal
 

Hello, everybody. I just want to ask about - adding another address to the PayPal account. I have this situation - one of my customers wants to change the item for another. He has opened a dispute and I must add the address for return. I have made a sale direct on PayPal and it was dropship from another country.

It is safe to add another address from another country (non-registered PayPal address) in PayPal that I can pick the option for return and select this address?

Or it will be huge problems with PayPal and unnecessary attention?

You cannot add a foreign address to your Paypal account.

It'll make the account seem like it was hacked and potentially get your account limited.

I think the best way would be to have a forwarding service.

You can't and you shouldn't attempt to protect your PP.

Not sure but give the return address via PP messages or issue label to return via PP messages and see if PP is happy with it. Not 100% sure regarding safety of this one but it's just an idea to consider.
