old non verified paypals
 

Between 1 year and a 6 months ago I created about 50 USA paypals all sent one payment of between 25 and 100usd . Non are verified, I still have email and password.

Do you think I will need to add to do a telephone call to add a bank. Or is it just the newly created ones?

Do I really need to add a bank , could I just add a vcc and ssn to verify? Then I could just send to another pp with a bank attached.

Just wondering how best they could be used , it seems a waste.

Or maybe the re just useless?

Why would you want to add an SSN? you don't need to and you can't either way.

adding VCC and Bank account is more than enough.

I thought two out of three would do thanks for that answer i will see how I get on . I made about 700 on a bot over a year to cash out 1 thing at a time. Shame to waste them .

And just to make sure you have all ends covered to prevent something unexpected.
