paypal is blocking payments
paypal account is fully verified with confirmed card linked to it
has funds in the balance
when rung thay say there internal security system has flaged the payment and wont allow it to go through.
advised to wait 3 days then try.
still nothing issue been ongoing for 2 weeks had this issue before but not as serious.

cant evan purchase gift cards from themselfs
account is in fine standing acording to them

and yeah paypal just replyd via message and still not getting anywhere this is what thay sent

You're account isn't limited. The reason why the payment isn't going through is due to the security block that is not allowing it. As my previous colleagues have explained in the past messages, there are a lot of factors being considered when a transaction is flagged. Our system does not specifically show the reason why a transaction is flagged so as to not compromise our security protocol. I know you've been figuring out how this payment would work and have waited and waited as you were advised. That can really be frustrating. Sadly, Brendan, we tried to bypass the security program but it isn't allowing us. All I can say is I'm sorry. There's really nothing much I can do. Even if I escalate this, the same information will be given to you. If you really need to make the payment, you can check with the seller or merchant if they have different payment option rather than having to go through PayPal.

and this is the same messege for 3 weeks now usaly with this issue i wait it out and it works. however not this time
have used the same i.p for the account all the time to all that ****.
very annoying on xmas time.

yeah iv delt with multiple aus pp accounts and some have had this issue before and usaly time seems to solve it. altho with this one account nothing for now

you can send payments over $800 on your first transactions done it many times in the past on other accounts.
no im not trying to send $400 on the account more like tryd $3.50 and small numbers first iv tryd a number off things nothings working out tho and its ongoing issue had this issue for maybe a week or 2 at most before not a month tho..
draining it is when its xmas and funds are needed

can send over 400 as first payment.. i do 800 quite often at times without issue on fresh accs
