PayPal requiring ID verification on all new accounts
 

Hey all,

This may only apply PayPal Australia, but when attempting to create a stealth PayPal account, everything was going well when PayPal required me to submit my details to undergo an Equifax identity check as part of "standard regulation" (meaning they aren't suspicious, it's just standard procedure).

Obviously, my made-up credentials aren't in the Equifax database, so I'm not sure what to do. Tried looking for something similar here, but only one thread with no clear solution.

Any help is appreciated. My recent eBay suspension is crushing and I am hoping to get back in the game soon.

I'm using completely made up details, so no ID for it. Been thinking of getting creative with it, but I'm not sure that would work either as a real person does review the IDs I believe.

I'm not sure what to do.

I like literally signed up for the stealth PayPal account, then they asked for ID verification through Equifax to being using balance as part of Australian regulations. I don't believe verifying it would make it go away, but I can verify the PayPal account if need be but I don't want to waste the bank account yet.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm much more versed with USA accounts since I never needed an AU account.

But let me tell you what I know and what the stealth guide has taught me.

When you make a stealth account and they ask you for any type of documents, it means you made a mistake somewhere and it threw a flag up. Thus they ask for "extra verification".

essentially they aren't really doing it to help you, it's to help THEM identify you and make sure you can never come back.
Of course this is not 100% of the time, rather perhaps 90% of the time.

The guide taught me that giving them a CC to confirm and then add a bank to verify is more than enough which it has been since 15 years ago.

So to summarize , if this was my account, I'd toss it and make new ones immediately.


PS: be careful of dealing with people through PM that want to separate your $ from your pocket. It's not even allowed here period.

Does the name of the PayPal have to match the name of the stealth eBay? I could use a family/friend's ID and account that has never used PayPal before.

It's better that it matches. Sure you have the friends and family option, but since you're new to the game I would reserve that until you have read the stealth guide, and do some test runs with a completely stealth info.

I just think in Australia the identity verification is now standard procedure for joining PayPal and holding a balance (you can still use CC) and there's nothing you can do to get around it.

I'll test and make more accounts to see if it happens every time.

make a luxemburg account. they can withdraw AUD on a AUD card without exchanging the currency.

If I link that to my Australian eBay account, won’t that raise some flags? Also, should I be using a luxembourg IP when making the account?

I turned 4G internet and made an account using phone number that was already used while creating some other account. But I don't think phone is problem it's most likely internet . If i use my residential internet they will suspend me immediately if i use 4g they will require id snd stuff.
But at the same time I found old account created in 2016 and im using it with 4g internet and have had 0 problems. May be because its old.

When they say it's standard procedure it's meant to through you off. The error you expected , 'your dns is leaking and is different from your ip so upload ID' .

Well that’s a relief. I think I know why, I made this before I finished reading the stealth guide and the forums, and used NordVPN.

Do you think that’s why?

Can somebody share with me when you reach the first ammount of money in Paypal what they request for. And how much is this limit. I'm receiving money selling on ebay and I know soon they will request something.
Please help.

That is NOT what a DNS leak is, and there is no way for a remote system to "detect" a DNS link or "compare" against your IP.

I always cap sales on a stealth paypal to £500. Only been asked for ID once out of 10 accounts so far which is a good deal to me since i operate on a 40% profit margin. and making stealth takes me 30 mins lo
