I need a good advice for a big issue for european account

I am having issue with some old stealth account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ thelephone number, until few days ago i could get into it throught a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ payment using my account , I didn't click on the payment but I wrote www.paypal.com and I was into my account ,now it's not possible anymore .Any advices ???

try to login with by checkout or reset the password

It's not possible, when u get out from checkout to access into your account, they ask for telephone number
