Using Xoom to Cash Out on Stealth Paypal

I tried to add bank to my stealth PP account multiple times, but I got this error message at all times: "Sorry we can't link your bank right now". (2 Chase checking) Both were failed.

Saw that PP now has Xoom which can send money to people with 1% fee within the US by 3 options: 1. Add recipient debit card number + EXP / 2. Add account & routing number / 3. Cash pick up

Is it possible to send yourself funds from Stealth PP using Xoom? Can PP see our info in options 1 & 2?

Anyone thoughts or your experience if you have done this.

xoom will ask a lot of qustions, even on small sums. you need to call and explain them. i recomend to fix your bank. but to answer your quetions:

1. Cards in general do not have a name stored. so name does not matter
2. when you send to a bank you need to use the bank account owners name. if you use a wrong name the money will still come but your bank might not like it if you do it many times

You cant use xoom for cashout, they ask for verification

add bank after 72hrs. or buy giftcard with stealth paypal and convert into btc.
