Paypal address

I made a new PayPal account accidentally wrote an old address that was suspended.

I haven't link this account to an ebay account yet, my question is, can I change the address on paypal delete the old address and only then link it to an ebay account ? would I be suspended ?

Can I change the address and after words they won't link it to my old account or I should open a new paypal ?

having the same address is not 100% proof it is the same person,other factors are involved like your ID,BANK ACCOUNTS
