I no longer have the phone number connected to paypal account

The number I put on my Paypal account as my verification number has been deregistered by the network and they will not renew it.

I currently cannot access my Paypal account as is trying to send a code to that number that no longer exists

How do I change the number on my PayPal account when I can't currently get into the account without the code that's being sent to the number that no longer exists?
