PayPal Middle East contact number that works

I have been trying to contact for many times already on 1-402-935-2050 (Toll Number) but they never forward to agent (can not serve my damn call!). Does anyone know if they have contact number for middle eastern based customers?

Nope. Do you actually mean sending message on the Paypal's twitter account?
