Paypal holding ebay funds despite no 21 day holds on ebay 90+ days selling 30+ 5 star feedback...

Ebay are no longer holding my funds for 21 days, but paypal still are... I add the tracking, ship the item and then sit and wait!

It's becoming a problem as the system doesn't work, I've had items that were delivered 10 days ago still on hold but not via ebay, spoke to ebay said paypal are holding the funds, so I contact paypal and they are abosolute ****, I just get generic responses from their "live chat" agents that basically copy and paste the same crap everytime I ask about a hold...

okay, PP holding your funds for 21 days is normal... they can do it anytime they want even when an account is 10+ years old like mine.

So .... be patient and play the game

It is almost normal for PayPal to hold funds for 21 days after eBay stops, if you are using a tracking number then it will be released when delivered, this can be in place for a further 90m days or more.

All have been delivered but still on hold... It just sucks, as they've been delivered weeks ago

2.5 years old stealth here and they still do that on transactions over a certain amount for me.

But it's always released.

Just upload the tracking and wait. Better yet, ask your customer how they are finding the item ? if they are happy would they go into paypal and hit confirm receipt.

All of that shows you are a good seller. The ebay algorithms are analysing it all.

what did you sell?
high risk items,Paypal can withhold payment,Paypal is protecting itself.
