PayPal linking question

My brother created his PayPal account on my computer with different Chrome user but with the same IP and laptop. Is it now linked with my account? He isn't verified or provided any documents yet.

If he used the same device and same IP it is more than likely linked.

You poll is somewhat invalid. If it isn't linked, it isn't because he hasn't verified it, it'd be because they may need more than one login to truly establish a link between the both of you.

The good news is PayPal is not too keen on suspension by association as is eBay - if you're not sellers.

Ask your brother dissociate himself from your network if you're a seller.
