2nd account limited in a week
 

I have had 2 PP accounts limited in a week. Both using different user accounts and mobile WiFi. Both have been limited on the 3rd payment received. Is this a new thing? Is it happening to everyone? Could it just be a phase they are going through? Just very strange it’s happened on 2 accounts both receiving their 3rd payments. Any advice would be helpful

need more details on the way you made the account, what type of item, price etc

It’s clothing, priced 50-150. Accounts created on iMac using different users. Don’t sell through eBay just Instagram and Facebook.

I am selling clothing too. Also got limited 3 of my accs, all in December.

Sounds like its the items being sold and/or the volume of sales.
How old are the paypal accts? Are these 3 payments the very first ones received on them? Are the clothing items branded (from the price sounds like they might be)?
Paypal do inspect the items sold - same as ebay - and if they see something they don't like they do tend to limit accts.
What are they asking for to appeal the limitation?

The accounts were 10 days old when they received the first payment £50-£100. All had 3 sales of around £300-£350 by day 20 after opening. Is that to fast? Clothes are branded but not major brands. I’ve ran accounts this way in the past and it’s been fine with no issues until way later down the line (sometimes docs pass, sometimes they don’t). They are just asking for proof of delivery, photo id, proof of address and supplier invoices.

I just find it strange how on both accounts after the 3rd payments they both get limited. Both limited 8 days apart
