I´ve got two questions :D

Does anybody know, if I link some VCC on PayPal, what Paypal will do.
Do I bypass AVS system??
And the second question is WHEN PAYPAL VERIFIED MY VCC since i link taht VCC?

Some cards are AVS, some are not. Name on any card can be different, they do not see it. If card is AVS then zip code must match (adress lines are not important).
And not all cards are equal- some are ok for pp and they make your account financial info verified, some makes no impact at all- you just can add them but no positive effect. Basically it is gift cards which are for free in various mobile wallets, or u can buy here some of them for insane price if u stupid enough 😃 sorry, just puting it straight.
Best shot is to get real bank card.

ive tried to confirm a prepaid gift card on my cdn paypal. its in the process of being verified, so ill have to see if that can be done. ive heard that vanilla gift cards are able to be used for verification. you should try it out and see what happens.

Prepaid card does not verifies anything. It just can be add and used for checkout. U will be able to receive same money with it as without it. U will still be asked for docs for full verification after first couple of transactions

I added a VCC and got an email from paypal that my account has been verified and the pay limit is moved... Is it not fully vertified?

I also added VVC about two weeks ago, but i didnt get verification email.
And it is really complicated, because i want it link with my eBay ACC :D

Im sorry that I didnt mention if its european or american but it is european PayPal.

Huh? You need to do both... confirm and verify with VCC + bank account...
