Paypal damages caused AUP Stealth account
 

I was using a Paypal stealth account selling boosting music service, and all of a sudden I was trying to withdraw my last 3k$ from the Paypal account midway they return the money and limited the account I was like fine that's okay will just wait and take them after 180 days,

now 1 month left to withdraw the funds they took all the funds as what they call paypal damages...

Is there anyways to get the money back? since this was a stealth account...

Afraid not... That money is gone with no recourse.

Can you share email that you received from paypal 180 days ago about permanet limitation of your paypal ?

AUP means they have taken it because they feel like you violated their policies. And we agree to this theft when we use their service.

I can't even find it anymore idk why maybe I deleted it by mistake...
But I can remember it was like...

They gave me 2 reasons

It's because the first reason either I'm selling a high risk items
2nd Reason was that they couldn't verify my identity after they accepted ofc all the documents...

people have lost over 10k$ on an average, paypal is going on full scam mode
