Paypal - a new email, will that help?

Hi,
I have 2 accounts , one ebay got banned and the pyapal was left untouched. The second eBay is ok but its Paypal got banned. Can I add a new email to the first Pyapal and try to add it to the second ebay

You sure can. Just wait a few days after you change the primary Paypal address.

i tried this already.

I have one main paypal that is fully verified and i operate around 20-30 ebay accounts.
I change the main paypal email to the same ebay email as my stealth but usually within 24 hours i get an MC113 suspension.
I was lucky maybe 5 times out of 30 accounts where i could add my main paypal to the ilsting on my ebay stealth without getting banned and the account would last for around 5k-10k revenue.
