PayPal permanent limit on my account

Hello everyone,

I use european paypal legit one with my name, phone number and address . A month ago i payed 10k to buy some virtual stuff but it turns out that the seller was a scammer so i get nothing . I tried to make a chargeback and after a few days paypal limited my account permanent . Have anyone else experienced something like that? Please help i am desperate.

10k for virtual stuff...you made a chargeback with your cc? That's pretty much what caused the permanent limitation...pretty logical that PP would do this without a claim through their system done instead of chargeback

Ah ok - so quite a few transations.

Well...PP would see this as a bad "pattern" even if not your fault - the account is pretty compromised as it is so probably not worth fighting to get it back.

Is it in your real info?

I think PayPal sees you as high risk now. In my opinion, there's no coming back from that kind of suspension.

Your username gives a small dose of afternoon chuckle

Paypal never rule in the favour of the buyer for virtual goods. Your best bet is a chargeback with your bank. I sold virtual goods before and i won paypal cases but later got fked by chargebacks

good luck, 10K is a hell of a lotta money

A thread of conversation may substantiate your claims to some extent but it isn't foolproof and does nothing to attenuate the risk you have become to PayPal.

You made a series of transactions that did eventually accumulating to 10,000.

If you were not in receipt of the initial item, it might make your case look bad when you made the second and subsequent payments.

Were you buying traffic or some other grey hat service for example? That makes it even bleaker.

You can try going to your bank. As for your PayPal account, forget it. it will be deader the moment your bank moves a finger - if they do.

Luckily a few UK banks will recover debit payments but with PayPal as your authorised intermediary, it is highly unlikely.
