Paypal temporary limitation on account need help and suggestions
 

[We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we need more information from you.]
I got this notification and my account on limitation after i received a ebay sales of 2k$ i don't understand what to do now. This limitation will get removed? I have submitted all information they asked. Shall i ship item to buyer or not. Please need some suggestions.

If it is a stealth account or you sell questionable items, then it would be better to refund all customers and not ship out items.

I don't suppose your pair of accounts (if stealth) are valued at $2000, neither will a new pair.

Do not ship anything before that limitation is removed.
All you can do now is wait and see if the docs you provided them are good enough for them to remove that limitation. If they do NOT remove that limitation then the money in the acct is lost. At that point youre better off just refunding the money and moving on and not losing your items too.
