Will I get 1099k Form ? 31k Made and 140 Transactions
 

Hello everyone,

I've been using paypal for few years but never exceed 20.000$ in received payments or 200 transactions in one year until 2020 .

For 2020, in my Activity Raport I did little bit better and on ACTIVITY INSIGHTS my stats look like this

Sales Insights From Goods Or Services: 31k $
Number of transactions: 140

Theese stats are for 2020 year . Will I get the 1099k Form ? To receive the 1099k Form from paypal I need to Exceed 20K in sales + 200 Transactions ?

Or just one of the 20k or 200 transactions ?

Why would your sales insights show as 31K if you didnt exceed 20k - did you have shipping costs you didnt factor in?

The money are received from a CPA company... not from sales off ebay ... the money are earned through Affiliate Program.... I send traffic to their CPA offers and get paid weekly .

For whole year 2020 , Sales insights are 31k (but i got the payment from the CPA network - didnt make ebay sales )

You won't get a 1099. You have to cross 200 transactions.
