 Error when creating paypal cash card
Not sure why happened this,I created my paypal account,I verified email and phone and when I tried to create the paypal cash card,first the "security check" screen appears (receive a code on the molbile phone) and when I press next I receive a message telling that "sorry,we canīt make the requested changes in your account,but you can use your paypal to send and receive money,etc".
Other people told me that had the same problem,does anybody know why is this issue?I donīt understand.
