 Linking question
I have logged into an ebay account that has banned Paypal attached to it.
I went to another user on my computer to login my currently active Paypal and now its asking me the captcha code to enter which is very strange because it has not asked me before!
Is my Paypal already linked because of logging in to Ebay account that has banned paypal to it? I haven't logged in to check it now. What should I do? Is there something I should like creating another user account on computer and login from that new user account?
