Do reloadable virtual cards where I can transfer my PayPal balance exist?

I'm hoping to get a stealth US PayPal account, I was wondering if there was a way I could link a virtual card to transfer the money to?

With this card I need to be able to buy stuff in international websites such as international amazon websites? Is this feasible?

You will need a bank account for US paypal and can only withdraw to it unless your account has SSN id on it

USA only has the SSN as a means of ID especially with paypal for individuals.

why does anyone not in US want to open a US PAYPAL account?

you can open any paypal which supports to withdraw on cards and it normaly can withdraw any currency. My Malta Paypal can for exampl withdraw USD GBP and EUR. Only condition is the card has to be recognized in that currency
