Stealth Accounts and Adding Banks UK

Hi guys,

I understand this question may have been asked before, but I am asking for the latest advice since I understand banks have been implementing COP more recently.

I have a stealth PP account in a name and address I do not have access to. Can I link a new bank to this PayPal in a name and address that is different from the one that is registered on Paypal? Do mismatched banks and Paypals still work in the UK?

And if this is possible, which online bank is best for this? Can I use Monese? Or can I just make an ICard account in my own name, and add a VCC to the Paypal?

It should still work fine - quite a few bank choices available in UK - there are posts that cover this in the UK section

So to get this right, I can open a Revolut account in my name/address, then add a VCC to the account and then link that vcc to the Paypal in a stealth name/address? Is it better to add the Revolut virtual card or to just add the Revolut bank account and sort code? I have never used my revolut account with another paypal.

I should add. I need to add a VCC because my stealth Paypal is limited and Paypal are asking for a bank statement that matches the account number of the bank I add to the Paypal.. So can I just send them a "Creative" bank statement of the VCC in my name, but having it edited so the name and address on the statement match the Paypal account?

Or does anyone know a prepaid card I can get that can be registered on a stealth name and address without a webcam verification? This probably deserves a new thread
