Paypal asking me id

Hello I made 3 selling by paypal stealth new, with vcc verified. I sold 250 usd and 100 usd and 211 usd as friends and parents, not paypal blocked me to transfer the money they are asking for info of what is sold and tracking (i have the trackings), but they ask also id document (holders name don't exist but I can made by photoshop) but they also asked me for documents of my supplier for those items???! How i can solve that?

same i just got this today, all products sold on ebay with tracking and they asking for ID and supplier info lol, its funny how paypal works nowadays
