My Paypal is Banned and idk what to do

So yesterday, I logged onto Paypal and saw my account was banned.
These were the 2 messages.



I sell codes for mealkit sites, and I guess I got banned for that, but it could also be because I had a couple open disputes.

I'm underage and I got permission from my mom to use her info to register an account. I want to try to withdraw the money after the 180d, but I'm not sure if my mom has to file taxes, and do all that legal stuff for her to be able to withdraw the money.

Violation of "acceptable use policy" ... just search that up on the forum. It's not looking good. They may keep your funds.

I was selling codes for sites and games. Since I violated their AUP policy, do you think there's any chance I will get into any legal trouble about the codes or taxes?

I doubt you'll get into legal trouble about the codes....for taxes, you need financial professional service especially since your mom info is being used...now there is a chance that PP may deny access to your funds...it's been happening for policy violation

also 10k is not big amount if it 1 time, you can file after 180 days if paypal does not steal your funds

What should I do? I don't think refunding my customers is going to do anything so I'm planning on waiting the 180d. If I want to wait the 180d, am I supposed to just ignore the message and just wait?

Hey sorry for the late reply, but my mom paid the taxes, but I was wondering if I'm going to get audited or something since theres an extra $16k income. Also I had some sales and I was paid in btc, but the taxes for btc weren't paid. As long as I don't use or sell the btc for cash, am I safe?

Right, a CPA will help here...

If it hits your bank account, pay that taxes. If a 1099 is filed, pay that taxes.
