Giving PayPal My SSN

Hello,

I'm in the USA. I have an eBay stealth account and at some point they are going to ask for my SSN. I've been banned in the past.

Since I have a stealth PayPal and if I give my actual SSN to PayPal will eBay know it's me? I don't mind giving my SSN to PayPal I just want to know if it's okay and won't get me banned. Does PayPal send that info to eBay?

You have used the SSN before, correct? That will cause linking quite easily
