How to change phone no for psd2 reg?? Help

Just trying to log into a PayPal I haven't used in over a year and it's asking for psd2 varification. The number attached to this PayPal is no longer in use. I don't have access to it. How can I go about changing my number as is doesn't seem to let me change it as I can't log in cos of this psd2. Can't really call PayPal as it's in a woman's name and I'm a guy. Any help would be appreciated.
