payment from XXXX is on temporary hold
 

Hello

I have created a new PAYPAL account and i have not link any credit card or bank to it because my previous paypal account has been limited

Now when i received other payment from my clients i am having this:

The payment from XXXX is on temporary hold
We've placed the funds on hold because we believe this transaction may involve a higher than usual risk. The amount will appear in your pending balance and will be available after the order is fulfilled.
Here's what you can do to get your payment sooner
shipinfo
Provide shipment information
Add a valid tracking number and your payment will be available 1 day after the carrier reports the shipment has been delivered.


Please can someone help me ?

When it will be cleared ? after 30 days?

i need to add a credit card ? what shall i do please to have my money ?

You didn't add a tracking number? You need to.

And you should have verified and confirmed your PP with CC and bank account before even using it.

it's verified yes and i have not added any previous cc or bank account

i just called them and they have removed the temporary hold
