 PayPal limitation!
My account gets limited when I receive money over a certain limit. They ask for photo id. Sometimes I have had the limitation removed just with a photoshopped driver's license, while other times they reject it which leads me to believe that they can't run any numbers in terms of what's on your driver's license. I know they put it through a system but that is as far as I know. Anymore knowledge on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
