Planning to make 2 paypals..
 

I plan to make 2 stealth paypals (1 to receive and withdraw, 1 for payments).

The one for withdrawing, I plan to use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/nickname (so it will be mismatch with bank).

But for payment, I plan to omit full name (only using first name).
I already had 1 paypal under my full name limited though, which had all my infos.

And also another paypal with -$200 balance, which I think has been closed by Paypal now (lol). I can't log back into it.

If I were to receive money on the "payment stealth paypal" to pay for things (balance to balance), will it be a bad idea?

Its just me being stingy because of hidden conversion fees (if I withdraw first then pay again, as my currency is not USD) lol
