Do you know any tips or tricks to bypass that stupid PTSD2 verification? Please share them if you do.

I know the developer program workaround, but seems they have fixed it. You can try, just go paypal developer page and try to log in...untill 2 days ago you was free to log in, and the going to paypal.com you was logged in account dashboard

There are some services that you can pay $15-20.00 per year for a UK online phone number if you do not have access to actual simcards.
It's a hit or miss with online services honestly. PayPal has blacklisted many virtual number providers so you can't receive codes on those. Twilio worked fine for me a few months ago before they got blocked as well.

They fixed that recently. Even the Youtube video about this was deleted :typing:
