New PayPal under a family´s name
 

Ok, here is the thing. Paypal permanently banned me from their system but I didn´t have problems with eBay. Now, what I thought was open a new paypal account under my grandmother´s name so I can verify it later with ID.

I don´t want to compromise her doing something stupid that could make her lose her retirement pay. Would I have trouble if I only use her data to open the new Paypal account but I link that account to another bank account under my name? (different of course from the account linked to the previous banned paypal) That way she technically woulnd´t be receiving funds under his name.

Could I open an ebay account under her name too without problem? Or should I use in this case a nickname for the ebay account? That way, I would use a nickname for ebay, but a real and veryficable name for paypal to keep using this payment processor. Can paypal limit forever this account too if there is conflicting info on ebay? I´m outside the USA by the way.

I´m reading the sealth guide over and over to try to understand all those things better, the guide says Friends and family name is the best option but I´m reading the opposite here in the forums so I´m a little bit confused. I just want to use paypal again as I´ve been using it for the last 14 years before my permanent ban

Friends and family name is not really the best option.

Info between ebay and pp should still match ideally.

What else could I do then?? I plan on using paypal in the long run as I´ve been doing with my old account, so at some point I´ll have to update ID confirmation. Using a nickname will allow me to use the account to a certain $ ammount (20k I think?) before they start asking for documentation and then everything will be screw up.

The guide states a third option, which is a business account but doesn´t elaborate further on that topic. It only gets limited to Friends and Family or Nickname.
