I don't think I need to get into specifics, dhgate is open to anyone. I don't see the point in waisting my time selling non branded items, it's too low profit margin and too much work, with branded items you can find items that take less work and higher profit margins and with all that extra time you can focus on your higher risk factors while you're laying around with your laptop or you can get tangeled up in box tape and throw peanuts all over the room. It's up to you

I don't know jbuntz... If you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ for huge profit, Ebay will catch up with you sooner or later. I hope you have another job besides "throwing peanuts all over the room"...

LOL well, they may catcht up with 1 of your accounts, that's already expected, that's why having about a dozen accounts per item is part of the plan.

To be honest I think ebay wants people to sell that stuff, they just don't want any amatears selling it which is why you see so many powersellers selling it

and the're the only auction site that doesn't include, software or counterfeit designer labels etc. in their prohibited list.

It's funny but I think ebay and paypal are set up on purpose to allow only the skilled and experienced (those who have mastered the art of selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗) to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on their site. LOL

I don't think there really are powersellers selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗...If anything, they'd be quickly reported by competition.

Well I was one of them my last account was powerseller and and another one was just about there but had the same info on both and it didn't get suspended for selling vero, even though I was. It got suspended for having too many chargebacks with paypal only because I wanted to try out the dropshiping on dhgate and shipping took forever so I had alot of impatient customers if it wasnt for that I would have still been selling vero. Whoops I forgot I still am selling vero on new month old account lol.

1 of my main accounts has been a Powerseller account for over a year and sells nothing but VERO.

⊗⊗⊗⊗ Vero, HWGA? If so, you may be one of the few that slips through the Ebay cracks than...You must be very sophisticated Ebay seller to get away with this, which most are not, unless they are long time members of this forum, lol. But in general, accounts selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ don't last imo....

You can't be looking very hard if you can't find any powersellers selling f.vero. There's thousands of them. Have a look at the HK sellers selling tons of ceap designer gear and getting away with it- this is with 10 year old accounts with 20,000 feedback a month. God knows how they get away with that volume.

Yea, there's a ton of powersellers selling ==== vero stuff. You have to be pretty much blind if you can't see it. Just search for all the China ebay sellers of high end hot brand named items. I don't know how the hell they even get away with selling ==== Vero when the're freakin location alone gives it away!!! LOL

It all depends on what the VERO item and how good it really is.
I have had customers tell me before that they took my item to the Brand Name Store and it checked out and that they have exchanged it for a different color.

And yes you HAVE to know how to run the account.
I also have a feedback of between 900-950 and 100% positive.
So it can be done.

It can be done though, I have had people say they have trouble selling a Vero particular item when I was selling the same item with absolutely no problems. As HWGA said, it is more than just the Vero item you sell, its HOW you sell the item and how you run your account and the method/technique you use.

Another thing is customer service, even amidst all the positive feedback there may have been unhappy customers and knowing how to handle the situation with them will keep them from leaving negative feedback or repoting you which in turn keeps ebay and paypal happy.

Yea, it must be that all depends on what kind of vero items you are selling and seller being ahaid of Ebay one step at all times. Certain vero categories is simply impossible to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ without being cought. Heck, in those certain categories its hard to even sell authentic. I think that even Chinese can get away wih stuff is some categories and not others...

If it's harder to sell non authentic items than it is to sell authentic then that means you're doing something wrong. You're either not getting high enough quality products or not listing it as if it were %100 authentic or both. You'd be surprised at how many powersellers are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ with the words "%100 authentic or your money back".

I believe you meant " if it's harder to sell authentic than ⊗⊗⊗⊗", right? I am doing things correctly, trust me, but I still had authentic items pulled. Hasn't happened in while I must say, but I haven't been listing that much either. No, its just that few brands don't like to see even their second hand items being sold on Ebay. If they could, they would block it all together. Also, I am aware and can recognize those "100% authentic or your money back" , but with certainty only in the category I am selling in. I am not an expert in everything....

Whoops I got it backwards didn't I, thanks for catching that.

I see what your saying, that's just part of the game though, to keep searching out differant products until you find one that works.

For example, most people here are familar with Tiffany's Jewelry, the lawsuit came about because they found that %70 of their jewelry being sold on ebay is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

So I wouldn't even think of selling Tiffanys, just seems too high risk.

I look for other brands, labels etc. that aren't flaming in heat.

Just a quick google search will tell you what a company is doing about their ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
