Can eBay see the SSN, ID, and or bank/credit card name on Paypal

Hello all. I'm i'm basically wondering if eBay can see my Social Security, or my ID, debit card or bank account information that I have uploaded to PayPal. I also see that in PayPal's Data and Privacy page you can limit and delete who tracks your date and permissions your sharing. I was also wondering if deleting eBay from that would help be more secure.

While the 2 services are separate, I have the feeling that they still share info easily

there has to be a reason for Ebay to look into your Paypal account.
I know with high value service,the rep can look into your Paypal account,but you have t o give them a reason to do so,

just think of these 2 as connected and 1 company when it comes to personal info.

Once you give them any kind of info it'll never go away.

most cases are handled by bots which are programmed to perform certain tasks.
A human rep is involved when there are reasons to do so,like IRS,FBI,DEA ,US customs or any govt agency is involved,or large transactions involving high dollars.

I did make new PayPal account new Ebay account with total new phone number...new names, new address
All this i did is via my phone and via hotspot from my mobile..
so i don't know how they found me again and suspended my Ebay again....
very odd....
