PayPal asking me a bunch of questions. Can’t withraw or send.
 

Hi guys. So recently done a big order for a guy who I basically met through eBay messages after he was interested in one of my items. So the deal was for like 8k and he paid me in two instalments. Anyway I received an email from PayPal asking hella questions regarding the two transactions plus another two smaller ones with two recent buyers.

All items are shipped with tracking apart from one of the smaller orders. I have not uploaded any of the tracking details. (Pure laziness)

Can anybody help me out? I don’t really have any invoices for the large order from my supplier , it’s basically a deal that was done through WhatsApp with my supplier, followed by a couple of bank transfers for the items (small deposit, followed by Full payment). And I only brought them because the customer asked me if I could get them. So basically customer “A” asked if I could get, I said yes and took a deposit off him (via PayPal) done the deal with supplier “B” via WhatsApp/calls and bank transfer and have just shipped out to customer “A”. With tracking today and will reach him by Thursday/Friday hopefully

I hope this is not confusing. This is not a stealth account and is on my own name etc. Any help would be appreciated this place has been useful in the past so would like to say thank you in Advance.

I’m thinking about just telling them straight up that the deal was done over the phone, with a portion of it via bank transfer and the rest in cash on collection. Would this be a problem?

It a big deal, get all the invoices from your supplier even if it not in your name, than you can straight with paypal but you will need proper document to support your words.
Also depend on your account history as well as buyer history with paypal.
I feel it can be sorted without much issue. Just get as much as paperwork you can before contacting paypal

I put together a quick invoice for the larger order, and just messaged it to them and explained I use various suppliers who I met over the years via alibaba, eBay etc to buy my smaller items from.

So I sent everything now PayPal are asking for 6 month bank statement from the linked account. Why? And do I have to share that? It’s pretty private.

If it's a legitimate account send them the bank statements and yes if you still want to continuing using PayPal then you need to provide what there asking for there's no way around it.
