180 days have passed PayPal unhelpful

I have been trying for 4 weeks to withdraw £340 the 180 days finished on 28 January...there is 3 limitations on the account & PayPal are being awkward by not accepting birth certificate & the bank statement showing the last 4 numbers. It seems another limitation has been placed triggering another 180 days...when ever I called Dublin call centre in the past I had no problem however when you call the phillipines I have no help?

Yeah, they're pretty useless. Make a complaint, just be sure to have the phone number that's on your Paypal because they might contact you. That's what I did and got it sorted within a couple of days.

Try reaching them on twitter as well or other social platforms

its not a bad idea to message them a month before the 180 days pass and ask them to confirm that via their own terms on date xx.xx.xx you'll be able to withdraw your money
