The title says it all.

Aged doesn't matter. Created 1 week ago or 1 year ago. It will still have a 21 day hold until you provide tracking or your customer notes all is good with the transaction.

Really there's no issue if you are a legit seller. Your funds should be released before 21 days if your tracking says delivered. There are some people who buy no holds paypals just to scam people.
