Hi, all you have to do is contact Paypal customer support and tell them what happened, most likely they will ask for some documents and then you are good to go but beware Paypal customer support are a**holes and they might not release funds even though they say that they will. Good luck!

Don't you have a bank account attached to your Paypal?
That's how you withdraw.

Everyone should have a VCC AND BANK account attached before doing any business on eBay in the first place

I don't know how Serbia works, I'm guessing you'll have to call in to have them add a bank acc for you so you can withdraw your funds.

Have you tried that?

me either not sure how Serbia works, better call paypal customer service to know if you can add bank (which countries) or cards?
