PayPal Limitted 180 day!
Hello Paypal Experts, Im very new to this forum,
Pls help me some next step to do to restore my paypal!
Im unsing my Viet Nam Paypal.
This mail is being reply by paypal service! Are there anyway to request them check again?

Dear PayPal Team
I understand PayPal’s need for holding funds for credit card chargeback purposes, however a review of my account history for the last year will reveal a very low chargeback rate as well as a very high customer-satisfaction rate. I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that holding my entire balance for 180 days is excessive and may be viewed by some as punitive or as already stated, an unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the laws of some states.
Im just start doing my business a few months ago (Dropshipping TShirt, Hoddies…).So In order to fairly review the account, Please inspect the Doccument that I have attached. Im am very happy to provide any further documents or perform any steps if required.
if "risk" is still a concern, then feel free to place a fixed or proportional amount of sales in the "reserve account" if you believe this provides the assurance you need.
I hope you could consider and restore my account*as soon as possible.
