Permanently Limited DE pp acc - 180 days gone but not able to withdraw
 

Hi all,

i have a permanently limited German paypal, 180 days are gone but i'm not able to add any bank account to it. Tried many times to write an email to customer care, but different answer came, all with no solutions. I can't call in, i'm not german. It's pretty a whole year i'm trying to access to add a bank and withdraw funds present, but no luck everytime

Do you suggest anything?

Hi, I think calling uk paypal should be fine. I used to call to UK paypal with Canada accounts and that was fine. Did not have experience with German accounts yet so I can't confirm 100% that they will work this out. Good luck!
