Which is the problem?
 

From a week every single stealth account has been limited ( they request documents),.
I sell digital products from years so it's not a issue about them, but something changed
I don't have anymore virtual card to add to any account, so i can try to open a business account without insert any card.
Any suggestions ?

Oh actually it is very likely it is the digital items youre selling.

I always used to sell digital items. It's weird ,They limite it when i receive the first payment

you state you are getting limited, so the problem is with your paypal, not your ebay account, correct?

If this is correct, then how much is your first payment that you are getting?

Yes correct! 6 accounts limited ( they just want me send documents ) in different moments, one soon , another after 20 payments another after 100 payments etc .
I use virtual cards , the same as always, zip code matches with the cards etc , they say : potential risk.

You may be getting too much $$$ in too short of a time frame.

It' was getting better and better, I was used to open a business account, to put a virtual card, confirm it, few minutes and it was done.
