How to skip Quick security check. Old number not in use
 

Hello.
İ have paypal account with balance. İ tried to login after 6 months and paypal security check wants to send sms but number is not in use. İts my old number. İ contacted to paypal support and they asks me for iban number that linked to paypal but its old also. İ dont know it. İs there any way to bypass security check to change number on my paypal. Thanks

Contact PayPal again; you could get a fresh set of questions.
If you get the same questions, tell them you no longer have that bank account and prefer a new set of questions. Just be prepared, though.

Hindsight is 20:20, but I always keep an excel sheet of all details I've ever used for eBay and PayPal.

Actually my old number works but is seems country code changed on their side. İ mean i register to bulgarian paypal with ukrain number starts +380 63 ..... but i realized that in their database country code changed and it start bulgarian country code like +359 63 ....

İts not my fould but that happened...

İ contacted them again, they strictly ask for last 4 digits of iban

There are a few ways to bypass this I recommend you to check out the YouTube videos one time I was lucky and it worked for me what I recommend you to do is go to eBay seller account try pay fees it will lead you to PayPal and if you’re lucky you will not get the SMS verification pop out...
And the second way is to call PayPal and replace the number with a new one
