How to bypass 21 days hold?

Hi i have 3 questions
now PayPal has made phone number verification mandatory for all accounts
1) where to get permanent number?

2)How to bypass 21 days hold ? i cant wait for 21 days to get the payment

3)Which country accounts is good to make ?

1 - A shop is usually the best place - tracphone work well for the US
2 - You cannot bypass it - just have to wait for it to drop off whiel making sales
3 - I would stick to your own country that your based in

If you are outside the U.S, best to make the account in your country, and you shouldnt need to provide a SSN until you hit a certain threshold of $$$ coming in, I believe its $2-2500?

There's no "bypassing" the 21 day hold.

Just ship fast with no issues and they may lift the hold in 3-7-14 days . It's up to paypal.

It is up to 21 days,usually 3 days after tracking shows received,or has it changed?

Are you in the USA? Might want to put the correct country flag in your profile - just saying.

3) If you have access to US bank account for withdrawal then you won't need the SSN but can't spend the pp funds
