Using paypal account with browser used before with a suspended account
Unfortunately a person I know has made the terrible mistake to use his paypal account with the same browser used before with a suspended paypal account, to buy something from the ebay account previously connected with the suspended paypal account.
What to do now apart from non repeating the same mistake?
Is deleting the cookies of any help?

Id start over on a new windows user acct.
Deleting cookies now would accomplish nothing.
Use a solid IP solution on a brand new device and just start operating - slow.

If it wasn't suspended yet, try following the stealth guide and open that new windows user account and change your IP
